"Cruisy Susie" Conger - Owner, Cruise Specialist, MCC
Since 2010, “Cruisy Susie” has helped travelers explore the world through thoughtfully planned cruise vacations. A CLIA Master Cruise Counselor and Certified Group Cruise Coordinator, Susie specializes in premium ocean and river cruises, Alaska, Europe, Panama Canal, bucket-list journeys, and group travel.
Susie believes great cruise planning starts with understanding the traveler, not simply finding a ship or a price. She takes the time to learn what matters most to each client, then uses firsthand travel experience, professional training, and years of cruise-industry knowledge to match them with the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, and overall vacation experience.
Her approach is personal and hands-on from the first conversation through departure and beyond. Clients work with a real advisor who knows their vacation, helps them navigate the details, and is there when questions arise.
Tommy Conger - Co-Owner
Tommy Conger is the co-owner of Cruisy Susie & Crew and the veteran behind our Veteran-Owned Travel Agency. A proud United States Marine Corps veteran and retired law enforcement officer, Tommy brings a Marine's confidence, a great sense of humor, and a genuine love of meeting new people.
Tommy proudly represents the Cruisy Susie & Crew wherever he goes. He assists with social media, client research, and behind-the-scenes support, but his favorite role is connecting with people. Whether he's talking with fellow veterans over a drink, trying his luck in the casino, or welcoming guests on one of our hosted group cruises, Tommy has a knack for making everyone feel like part of the group. His outgoing personality and genuine interest in people help turn fellow travelers into lasting friends.
Julie Alexander - Associate Agent
I am Julie Ann Alexander, an Associate Agent with a specialty in group cruise coordination. I bring a unique perspective with over a decade of experience in event planning and marketing. My background spans everything from trade shows to private corporate events and weddings, and I’m excited to combine those skills with Susie’s cruising knowledge to create seamless, memorable group travel experiences.
